Southern born, Mississippian, moved to Florida when my father accepted a coaching position in the late 60’s.  Teaching is in my blood.  My parents as well as two of my sisters were teachers.  I have been teaching for 32 years, 22 @ Clearlake.  I have two grown children, my daughter (26) lives a short distance away in Oveido and my son (23) is in the Coast Guard in San Francisco.  When I’m not walking my 2 black labs, cooking, doing crafts or shopping with my daughter you can be sure I’m planning a trip to visit my son wherever his port of call may be.
